How is Shiftic priced?

Shiftic is priced by plan, based on the number and type of users in your organisation. Each plan includes a set number of Core Users — with unlimited credits — and Lite Users with a daily credit allowance. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and renew automatically.

What is the difference between Core and Lite users?

Core Users have unlimited credits within our fair use policy, making them suited to frequent, hands-on use. Lite Users have a daily credit allowance, making them well suited to occasional collaborators and stakeholders who need access without driving up cost. Enterprise plans can also be configured with unlimited users — contact us to discuss your requirements.

What is a credit?

A credit represents the cost of actions taken in Shiftic. Simple actions cost a fraction of a credit; more complex ones — like generating a full set of interventions — cost more. Many everyday actions cost less than 1 credit. Core Users have unlimited credits; Lite Users have a daily allowance that resets at midnight UTC.

Can we start small and scale up?

Yes. The Team plan is a good starting point for individuals and small teams. As your needs grow, Business and Enterprise plans offer more users, more customisation, and dedicated onboarding and customer success support. Enterprise plans can be fully configured to your organisation's scale, including unlimited users. You can also purchase one-time credit top-ups on the Free plan without changing your subscription.

What if a Lite user runs out of credits?

When a Lite user reaches their daily credit limit, the platform switches to view-only mode — they can still access and review existing work, but cannot generate new content until credits reset the following day.

Are there user limits?

Plans define the number of Core Users and the mix of user types available. Lite Users are unlimited on the Business plan. Enterprise plans offer fully custom user configurations, including unlimited users. There are no limits on the number of projects or uploads on any plan.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan gives you and up to 10 colleagues access to the core Shiftic workspace — a good way to start designing change before committing to a paid plan.

How do annual subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically. You'll be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your current subscription period.

Does Shiftic include onboarding and support?

All paid plans include access to the Shiftic Help Center, in-product guidance, and email support with responses within 2 business days. From the Business plan onwards, a dedicated Customer Success Manager and onboarding support are included. Enterprise customers receive fully tailored onboarding and adoption services. For additional implementation consulting beyond what's included in your plan, contact us.

What does the Enterprise plan include?

The Enterprise plan is built for organisations that need scale, control, and flexibility. It includes custom user configurations — including unlimited users — verified domains, Enterprise SSO via SAML and OIDC, custom billing and workspace management, a Service Level Agreement, custom agreements, security review support, and deployment options including your own cloud infrastructure. Do I own the content I create in Shiftic?

Yes. You retain full ownership of all content and outputs generated through your use of Shiftic. Your data is never used to train AI models on any plan. On self-serve plans (Free, Team, and Business), anonymised data may be used to improve the service — on Team and Business plans you have opt-out rights for this. On the free plan, anonymised data may additionally be used for broader purposes including product development and business communications. Enterprise customers agree data handling terms as part of their custom agreement.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains accessible until the end of your subscription period. After termination, Shiftic will delete your personal data in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement. If you wish to retain your work, export it before your subscription ends.

Does Shiftic update and improve over time?

Yes. All subscriptions include continuous improvements and updates to core workspace features throughout the subscription period, within the scope of respective Plans. Platform updates are published at feedback.shiftic.com/changelog. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
