Shiftic complements your existing tools. It is not an LMS or content platform. Instead, it helps you structure initiatives, co-create materials, and design the process. You can export your work and deliver it through the platforms you already use.

Shiftic is a specialist workspace built specifically for designing and measuring change. It guides you step by step through the full change workflow, holds your project context, and evaluates your design against a science-based prediction of real-world impact.
Yes. Shiftic can be adapted to reflect your strategy, processes, terminology, and ways of working. You can also create department or team-specific profiles and upload your own content to work with inside the platform.
Shiftic uses trusted, enterprise-grade AI providers to generate guidance and suggestions. Your content is kept private and is never used to train AI models. The AI adapts to your context without requiring technical setup or configuration.

Security
Shiftic maintains a formal Incident Response Plan with defined severity levels and escalation procedures. If a breach affects your data, we will notify clients within 72 hours, including a description of what happened, the data involved, likely consequences, and the steps we are taking. Post-incident reviews are conducted to prevent recurrence.
Yes. Shiftic acts as a data processor under GDPR, and you as the customer are the data controller. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is included as standard on all plans and enters into force automatically when you activate a subscription — no separate signature required. The DPA is available at shiftic.com/legal/dpa
Shiftic's infrastructure is hosted in data centres within the EU. Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA except where sub-processors operate under appropriate safeguards as described in our DPA. A current list of sub-processors and their locations is available at shiftic.com/legal/sub-processors
Only authorized users in your organization who are explicitly invited to a project can access it. The Shiftic team does not have access to user data, unless permission is given for support cases. Your organisation retains full ownership of all data and content created in Shiftic.
No. Shiftic does not use your data to train or fine-tune AI models. Our LLM providers are contractually prohibited from training on customer data and operate under a zero-data retention policy — meaning prompts are processed in real time and never logged or reused. This protection applies across the entire chain, not just at the Shiftic level.
Shiftic is built with privacy by design. Personal identifiers are minimized before content reaches the AI — only the minimum necessary context is included in prompts. The platform actively guides users to anonymize or remove sensitive data when it's detected. Our LLM provider operates under a zero-data retention policy, meaning prompts are processed in real time and never logged or reused. Customer data is never used to train AI models.
Shiftic is not designed or certified to handle certain categories of sensitive data. You must not upload or input the following: special categories of personal data as defined under GDPR Article 9 (including health data, biometric data, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, or religious beliefs); protected health information under HIPAA or equivalent legislation; financial account numbers, payment card data, or government-issued identifiers such as national ID or social security numbers. If your use case involves sensitive data of this nature, please contact us to discuss whether an Enterprise arrangement may be appropriate.
Yes. Shiftic supports Enterprise Single Sign-On via SAML and OIDC on the Enterprise plan, in addition to OAuth2 Social Sign-On with Microsoft and Google which is available on all plans. Contact us to discuss your identity provider requirements.
Shiftic uses a defined set of sub-processors for infrastructure hosting, AI model processing, analytics, and transactional communications. All sub-processors are reviewed before onboarding and bound by data processing agreements. We notify customers at least 30 days in advance of any changes. Yes. While Shiftic is typically delivered as a fully managed SaaS solution, we also offer the option to deploy Shiftic in your own cloud infrastructure. Available on our Enterprise Plan, subject to additional fees.

You can submit requests related to access, rectification, erasure, or portability of personal data by contacting us at privacy@shiftic.com. Shiftic will assist you in fulfilling your obligations as data controller under GDPR, in accordance with the DPA.
Pricing
Shiftic is priced by plan, based on the number and type of users in your organisation. Each plan includes a set number of Core Users — with unlimited credits — and Lite Users with a daily credit allowance. Enterprise plans can also be configured with unlimited users. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and renew automatically.
Yes. The Free plan gives you and up to 10 colleagues access to the core Shiftic workspace, a good way to start designing change before committing to a paid plan.
Core Users have unlimited credits within our fair use policy, making them suited to frequent, hands-on use. Lite Users have a daily credit allowance, making them well suited to occasional collaborators and stakeholders who need access without driving up cost. Enterprise plans can also be configured with unlimited users — contact us to discuss your requirements.
A credit represents the cost of actions taken in Shiftic. Simple actions cost a fraction of a credit; more complex ones — like generating a full set of interventions — cost more. Many everyday actions cost less than 1 credit. Core Users have unlimited credits; Lite Users have a daily allowance that resets at midnight UTC.
When a Lite user reaches their daily credit limit, the platform switches to view-only mode — they can still access and review existing work, but cannot generate new content until credits reset the following day.
Plans define the number of Core Users and the mix of user types available. Lite Users are unlimited on the Business plan. Enterprise plans offer fully custom user configurations, including unlimited users. There are no limits on the number of projects or uploads on any plan.
Yes. The Team plan is a good starting point for individuals and small teams. As your needs grow, Business and Enterprise plans offer more users, more customisation, and dedicated onboarding and customer success support. Enterprise plans can be fully configured to your organisation's scale, including unlimited users. You can also purchase one-time credit top-ups on the Free plan without changing your subscription.
The Enterprise plan is built for organisations that need scale, control, and flexibility. It includes custom user configurations — including unlimited users — verified domains, Enterprise SSO via SAML and OIDC, custom billing and workspace management, a Service Level Agreement, custom agreements, security review support, and deployment options including your own cloud infrastructure. All paid plans include access to the Shiftic Help Center, in-product guidance, and email support with responses within 2 business days. From the Business plan onwards, a dedicated Customer Success Manager and onboarding support are included. Enterprise customers receive fully tailored onboarding and adoption services. Subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically. You'll be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your current subscription period.
Yes. You retain full ownership of all content and outputs generated through your use of Shiftic. Your data is never used to train AI models on any plan. On paid self-serve plans (Team and Business), anonymised data may be used to improve the service — including maintaining and improving platform features, evaluating AI output quality, and generating anonymised analytics. You can opt out at any time by contacting privacy@shiftic.com. Enterprise customers agree data handling terms as part of their custom agreement.
On all plans, your data is never used to train AI models, and personal data is always protected under our DPA. On paid plans (Team and Business), anonymised data may be used to improve the service, and you have the right to opt out by contacting privacy@shiftic.com. On the free plan, anonymised data may additionally be used for broader purposes including quality assurance, testing, developing platform templates, and business communications such as aggregated statistics in marketing or investor materials. Your data remains accessible until the end of your subscription period. After termination, Shiftic will delete your personal data in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement. If you wish to retain your work, export it before your subscription ends.
Yes. All subscriptions include continuous improvements and updates to core workspace features throughout the subscription period, within the scope of respective Plans. Platform updates are published at feedback.shiftic.com/changelog
