The program
This is a hands-on 3-month development and pilot program where you explore how AI, grounded in behavioral science, can help you build and support change capability at scale, alongside other organizations working on the same shift.
The program helps HR & transformation teams:
- Reduce guesswork in change initatives
- Design behaviour shifts rooted in science
- Support the organisation to drive change, beyond your time.
The goal is to increase impact (actual behavior change), improve efficiency, and make change happen faster.
How it works
Setup support
Before the program starts, we help you define which use cases to test, what to measure, and how to set up your pilot for impact.
Users get access to Shiftic & invited to HackAlongs
A selected group (5–15 pilot users) get access to Shiftic and use it to drive change as part of their everyday work. Instead of coming to you for every decision, they design behavior-focused initiatives, guided by AI and behavioral science.
Your pilot users get invited to three online sessions together with users from other organizations and facilitated by change leaders and AI adoption experts.

Hack-Along Explore: Hands-on kickoff where users explore Shiftic's capabilities and start building their first shift
Hack-Along Apply: Users share what they've tried, use cases, tips and tricks, and early wins
Hack-Along Transform: Focus on how to use Shiftic in full workflow, share success stories, and explore the potential going forward. With inspiration from AI adoption speaker Johannes Sundlo.
3 Roundtables for program leads (60 min, one per month)
You meet with program leads from other organizations once a month to share insights and experiences on adoption, impact, use cases, and business case.
Data & insights
At the end of the program, we co-create a business case that captures learnings and impact based on data and interviews with users and key stakeholders. This includes what improved (speed, quality, confidence, effort), changes in ways of working, and a concrete proposal for next steps beyond the pilot.
Shiftic will help your pilot users to:
- Increase impact, save time and build change capabilities
- Collaborate and create alignment around change initiatives
- Get guidance, structure, and recommendations on how to drive change, grounded in behavioral science and real impact
- Create, refine, and produce the materials and activities needed to move change forward
- Followup, measure progress and adapt change initiatives based on learnings
After the program you will have:
1. Packaged learnings from an AI pilot in change. Clear documentation of value created, what improved (speed, quality, consistency, confidence, effort), changes in ways of working, and what impact it can have.
2. A business case for scaling change capability. Including a concrete proposal for next steps beyond the pilot.
